Adult support group for those with long-term / chronic medical conditions and carers

All are welcome, ages 18 – 118!

Balance & Bounce has been running as a support group for many years in Lytchett Matravers offering local people support and friendship for those living with a wide range of medical conditions.

We have set up a new group in Upton and would love for you to join us. All people with a medical condition(s) whether it is a new or existing condition, or an age-related condition are welcome and also those caring for adults with long-term conditions are welcome.

Come and chat, share experiences and meet others in a warm, friendly and accepting environment. Informal, relaxed meetings! This group will offer you a warm welcome, tea or coffee and a snack and an opportunity to meet others, share experiences and get support.

4:30pm to 6:00pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month.

Next meeting dates:

• 21st March 2024
• 18th April 2024
• 23rd May 2024 (one week late!)
